Someone asked why Zoom doesn't get sued, and I answered factually.
There's nothing there to get. I didn't, nor did anybody else here,
try to "pierce the corporate veil." Your knowledge of the law
seems to be even less deep than your knowledge of aviation. Neither
Zoom's businesses nor him personally has any assets worth going after.
All this was exposed during the US Aviator days and I have seen nothing
that indicates that has changed.
