2016 US Junior Contest
Registration is now open for the first US Junior Soaring Contest to be hosted by the Texas Soaring Association from July 11-15. This is a sanctioned event for pilots under 26 years old at the time of the contest. If a junior pilot does not meet the experience requirements for an SSA Regional, they may still participate and gain experience flying with a US Team Coach in a two-seater.
JP Stewart and his team are aiming to make this as affordable as possible through the use of contest rebates provided by the US Rules Committee and donations. If you know of any juniors at your club that would like to participate or you would like to provide a tax deductible donation, please contact JP directly.
