Default FLARM false poitives

Hi All, in the numerous FLARM threads I see multiple references to false positives. I had seen many myself before I came across the following config in the dataport:

#Enable Competition Mode - changes warning configuration
#Set 0 to disable, set 2 to enable
$PFLAC,S,CFLAGS,2

After setting this parameter to 2 and configuring my display to only alert me on critical threats the false positives went away completely making for a much more pleasant experience. Those of you who still experience the false positives *may* want to try this. It does not remove any information from your display but it does tighten the alert criteria.

Happy Soaring

I've been doing this for a couple of years at contests. Works great.

We got rid of a bunch of false positives on
tow when the glider Flarm aircraft type
was changed from towplane to glider.
