Default ELIPPSE prop at Reno

Check out the incredible performance increase Tom Aberle got on his
"Phantom" biplane using the custom-designed 3-blade ELIPPSE propeller.
He went from 221 mph qualification in 2003 to 241 mph qualification in
2004 on 245 rpm less! In the heats and Gold, he passed all but the 2nd
and 3rd place planes in the 6 lap, 3 mile/lap race. For more details,
see the Fall 2004 "Sportsman Pilot" magazine, www.sportsmanpilot.com .
This propeller design was discussed on aviation-forum in August 2004
based on an article in "Contact!" magazine, issue 77.

Paul,
That is such a radical design, What was the thinking that went into the
development? Could you use a similar design on a pusher i.e. Cozy?
