Default Wiring Ipaq 3950

I am updating from my old Ipaq 3760 to a 3950. I am not sure which
pin to put the +5V in on. The old 3760 used pin 9 (DCD RS232/USB
+5V). The diagram for the 3950 has DCD RS232 as pin 6 and USB-UDC + as
pin 19.

Can someone tell me the correct pin to use?

Thanks,

Tim
