Wow! We should be developing more Jr Pilots in the US and utilizing club class events as their training field. Perhaps donating gliders, etc. why doesn't the SSA have more funds directed at this concept. They certainly have the cash... Might be a nice idea.

Isn't that what the various SSA boards and elected folks are doing? Who is responsible for Jr Contest Soaring in the SSA?
