Default Best Gliding Club Web Site

One of the Gold Fields Gliding Club members took it on himself to
re-create the club's defunct web page. I think the result is the most
comprehensive web page for any club currently on the internet. It
includes the club's by-laws, constitution, training and conversion
syllabus, as well as the usual photos, links and directions. See
Andries Lombaards’ creation at www.ggc.co.za. The result is not
just useful for outsiders wanting to know about the clubs activities,
but also for members who need updated training material, duty lists
and general news. What more does a web site need to have to be
perfect?

Try www.manxgliding.flyer.co.uk Not bad for a tiny
club with only about twenty members!

Agreed. And their introduction to soaring (
http://www.yorksoaring.com/whatissoaring.html ) is so good that my club
stole it. Well.... actually, we provided a link to their site.
