I have one, but I'd need one of the same size in inches to trade. Are
you in the US?

Yes. I have a four year old Winter. I'm selling my glider to someone in New Zealand who need a mm instrument. I'm in Alabama. What do you have available?

The gliders that I flew in NZ in 2017 used feet for altitude (as did the aeronautical charts and airspace definitions). Distances on the ground were measured in kilometers. Airspeed in knots. Vertical speed in Meters per second.

Have the Kiwis switched over to measuring altitude in Meters?

Buy an ACD from Air Avionics.
It is a TSO approved digital altimeter and at the press of a button you can change from feet to meters and back.
It is also clever enough to be used as a head unit for a radio and transponder.
It is also cheaper than a new winter altimeter.
