How much for a "reconstructed" 2-33A?
How much is a fair market value for a "reconstructed" 2-33A that had been totaled by an accident in its previous life?
A) $10,000+ B) $20,000+ C) $30,000+ D) $40,000+ E) $50,000+ What if I would say (hypothetically): the wings are sanded (not stripped) and painted. It has no seat cushions, no radio, no vario, no electrical wiring, no trailer. Please help me decide, C1 |

How much for a "reconstructed" 2-33A?
With proper work and documentation, assuming all new fabric, $10,000 to $11,000, given the condition of the wings.
Recently reconditioned / recovered 2-33As with good paint on the wings have gone for about $12,000 to $14,000. Bill T |

How much for a "reconstructed" 2-33A?
Is there any substance to the rumor that klsoaring.com is setting up to remanufacture experienced 2-33s? What would a remanufactured 2-33 run?
Not in the market... just curious. |

They have been doing this for several years. I think most, if not all, go to Canada or are rehabbed Canadian gliders. UH |
