Default Help needed: ILEC SN10 pilots with FLARM

ILEC SN10 pilots - ILEC and Dave Nadler are developing
FLARM support for the ILEC SN10. At this time of year,
we're not able to test in Germany, so we are looking for
pilots to help test the new software who are now flying
with FLARM connected to an SN10.

Testing will require periodic reload of SN10 software,
performing a few checks for us, sending reports of your
experience, comments, suggestions, any difficulties, etc...

If you'd like to volunteer, please contact:

Thanks in advance !

PS: Initial flight tests were completed yesterday in USA,
but without other FLARMs around to test screens in
flight.

PPS: FLARM group is still working on FLARM availability
in USA, currently shooting for beginning of 2010.

Dave,
If one does not have an SN10 do you know if the FLARM group is also
planning to have "stand-alone" units available for use in the USA at
the beginning of 2010?
Thanks - Renny

FLARM can certainly be used independent of SN10.
In addition to FLARM collision avoidance:
- It is an IGC logger, optional noise sensor for us motorized types.
- A version including transponder-sensing is available shortly.

Lets hope its available shortly !
Best Regards, Dave "YO electric"
