Default (USA) SFR area around Washington D.C.

The special flight restrictions and procedures around Washington D.C.
put into place after 9/11/2001 were made permanent last month
(February 17, 2009). However the defined area(s) have not yet appeared
in the FAA's National Flight Database.

If anyone has reliable OpenAir or TNP descriptions of the area(s) do
you mind please sharing them with me so I can get them added to the
airspace products at justsoar.com.

Thanks

~ted/2NO
