.... in related (Junior and World Class) news, Peter Masak just reported to
me from the scene of the 15m Nationals at Hobbs, NM: "The US Junior pilots are doing great here...". Indeed. With one day left, Liz Schwenkler just scored a daily win and is in the top 10, as is Chris Saunders. Mike Westbrook is doing well in his 2nd Nationals (after World Class last year), and Kathy Fosha is at the Nationals just weeks after her first Regionals. SSA Kolstad Scholarship winners all (note young Silver badge pilots under 21: applications are due to SSA October 1). John H. Campbell SSA Youth Committee
