Can read them. poster Pill goes on my blocked list!

You need to install OE-yEnc from here Bo,....
http://www.mutexed.com/code/OeyEnc/

Excellent program that ensures that you never miss a picture in Outlook
Express and you can let Pill out of his box again. Having said that, Pill
has numbered his files in a strange way that most viewers won't like, I
had problems at first with them.

Never mind the yEnc bull****.
Greetings to you, Rusty. I was starting to miss you and your excellent
postings (in jpeg, fortunately).
Any chance of a new series?

Regards,
Herman

Well, you have taught an old dog a new trick. It works....very
painlessly. Thank you. Now let me clean up the blocked sender list!!!!!

I can't take credit for this - someone else on this group pointed me
towards it some time ago. As you say though, it does solve the problem
with OE only 'seeing' half the jpg's. And, yEnc saves a lot of bandwidth
(but that's another flamewar).

Thats a problem of providers to choose from.
Mine (Ziggo in the Netherlands) has just increased my speed to 50 MB at no
extra cost and is sending out warnings about further speed upgrades.
Who needs silly encoding when you've got broadband (gloat).

Regards,
Herman

Sorry to say that I have been out of circulation for the past few months and
it looks like it will be a few more months before I am able to lift my
camera again let alone get up any mountains. But, I hope to be back
sometime, and in the meantime I will think about reposting some of my
earlier stuff from my cosy chair by the pc.

Those of us who have lesser speeds still care.

Well, I am sorry to hear that you"re not completely in the shape you would
like to be in.
Take good care of yourself.
I wish you a speedy recovery; too bad you're missing the good weather to be
out and about.

Regards,
Herman
