Default What a surprize........# 711 reporting

Just did some business with Paul at Cumulus Soaring. He
evened helped out getting some wiring information for me. When his
shipping charges turn out lower, he refunds that amount to you. When I
checked out, the charges for shipping were $5.95., But they turned out
less, so he refunded that amount to me. Now folks, you just can't do
better than that these days. Also, his web site is a pleasure to use.
Also, recently, have done business with Craggyaero. I met
Richard last year at Montaque, had dinner with him one evening and he
really enjoys talking soaring and provides good service. If your on
your way to the 15 Meter nationals, maybe remember Richard, because he
spent several hours going over the soaring area around Montaque with
me.
Rex and his wife, from Willams Soaring center, also have a
online site, and found a hard to find tailwheel tube for me. They even
had it in stock, so I got it when I needed it.
The best thing I have found from these folks are is they
don't try to sell you something you don't want, or try to pawn
something off on you. Also, they don't send you something you didn't
order, before first talking with you. What they aren't are a used car
salesman.
But getting a refund on a shipping order, even if its only
a few cents( 55 cents), is a pleasent surprize these days. I can buy a
bottle of water from Wal Mart for that. Now thats a bang for your
cents.
