Has this aircraft actually been commissioned yet? where can i see
designs of this aircraft and what difference is there from normal
fighter aircraft?

If by commissioned you mean has entered service the answer is no.

Not sure what you mean here. It's in production. Early production
models have been delivered to the customers. It's not in squadron
service yet, but will be next year(?).
