Default FS: SGS 1-35 Wings

From a SGS 1-35 retractable gear and with wing tanks. The pilot who last flew
it put the flaps up instead of down on final and did not correct until he ran
out of runway. Rolled into a marsh and flipped it over forward on the T-tail
snapping the rear spar in the vertical stabilizer. The wings however are in
almost perfect condition, If someone can use them to resurrect another 1-35, we
would part with them. Have the paperwork from the manf to retrofit either a
1-35 or 1-35C with these wings.

Call or email and make an offer, if you are interested. Need the room it is
occupying in our hangar to work on the other Schweizer. Will assist with
transport or shipment depending on where you are.

Michael's wings plus this ship might make a good rebuilder:

AIG has this 1-35 on their salvage web page to be sold to the highest bidder on
1/02/04. Once the insurance company pays off the hull insurance, the sailplane
belongs to them. I don't believe this ship is yours to sell.

Oops, my mistake. Michael is selling a different 1-35 and the high bidder on
the 1-35 offered on AIG web page might very well be interested in the ship
being offered by Michael. Many of the sailplanes that we rebuilt over the years
involved parts from several salvaged ships.
