It looks really nice, but my panel is crowded and I'm using SeeYou
Mobile. Might there be a 5" version available by next season that will
work with Mobile?

Andy,

SeeYou is working of a version. It will be specific to the Ulitmate
and will require a purchase of a new SeeYou Mobile License.

Thanks,
Richard

Eric,

SeeYou is working on a version. I don't expect a 5" display anytime
soon as the resolution of the 5" displays is not acceptable to me.

Thanks ,

Richard

I assume that I'm not the only one who is concerned that devices like
this (Clearnav / UFS) will increase the tendency for pilots to keep
their head inside the cockpit.

Not any more than with the current generation of visualizations IMO.
I typically only glance occasionally at the PDA.

In fact, the ****ty unreadable screens are the problem.
If you have a good display it is no different then scanning an other
instrument. Besides any work in preparation for a flight should be done on
the ground. Hence a good display is just an other Instrument.
