Default Space in Europe

If anyone wants to get a clue what small means in Europe, see
the Powerpoint slides under alt.binaries.pictures.aviation.
The Zurich Airport got in trouble 'cause of it's approach area,
but landing in St.Marteen seams to be fun. So whats the problem in Zurich?
