Default A 707/720 question

It's a little off topic, but I have a question for any 707/720 pilots. I'm
doing a short seminar work on radio antennas on aircraft for my university
and I have been doing some research on the side to see what form and
position antennas take on different aircraft. I read somewhere that that
pointy thing on the top of the 707/720 vertical stabilisor is an antenna. Is
it HF or VHF?

Thanks

Triple Delta
