The US Russia site is no longer in service. You can access the Russia
webite in Russia but you need to understand Russian. If not,you'll
need to join or search Yahoo in their groups to get past posts and
check with the group for information. Believe it also deals with any

You can also use the translation facilities provided by Google,
Babelfish, and others. Works OK.
