Default Airworthiness Directives and the Grob 103A?

I just called out local soaring location to find out about going on an
acrobatic flight and he said due to recent airworthiness directives they
could not do any right now.

They fly a Grob 103 Acro. Can anyone point me to the directive he is
talking about? He said it has something to do with an accident in Germany.

Thanks,

Wayne

In the US, it's AD 2003-19-14 and it applies to several
G103 models. Search on 'Burkhart Grob' at the Airworthiness
Directive link at http://www1.faa.gov/certification/aircraft/
