Default Open Cirrus Gear Door bungees

I need help in figuring out where the bungees for the gear doors on an Open Cirrus get hooked onto the landing gear. There are two bungees on each gear door that close the doors when the gear is retracted. A picture would be highly appreciated.

On the Standard, the bungees are connected to the doors and then up to the top of the seat bulkhead. There is no connection to the gear. The doors are merely pushed open as the gear lowers. Perhaps the Open is rigged in a similar manner.

There is a non-standard modification on the Standard web site which connects the bungee to the doors in which case the doors open much further.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, but the Open Cirrus is different. I know the bungees go somewhere on the gear.

Yes the Open Cirrus gear door bungees are fastened differently from the Standard Cirrus (I have one of each.) I'll take a look underneath my Open Cirrus this weekend and let you know what I find.
