Default SSA Debate Club tryouts

No more worrying about gelcoat refinish costs, or the
newest flight computer. Just get rid of the flying
aspect of the sport and stick to fighting over the
rules!! Think of all the graduating speech majors
we could recruit as new members

All kidding aside, over the history of sailplane racing-how
have
rules evolved? Any oldtimers wish to provide a narrative
of this evolution? I would assume things are now safer
and simpler? Yes, no, maybe?
