Default LAK-17A Question

Does anyone know what type of seal exists where the dump valve actuator
goes through the root rib of the wing on a LAK-17? I have water seeping
here. On the root rib I see a round plate with 3 screws that the
actuator rod goes through and assuming there is a seal behind it.

Thanks in advance.

Default LAK-17A Question

The answer.....
the seal actually consists of surgical tubing slid over the actuator rod
and the end plate that screws into the wing root. Very high tech...

My tubing had broken between the end plate and the actuator rod, only
requiring some new tubing...
