OLC League 2008 - is it complete?
Still no rules for 2008 on the OLC website... A query sent a week ago
to help at onlinecontest still hasn't been answered. Last year there were 19 rounds and we have now completed 19 rounds this year. So is it over? -Tom

The scoring was adjusted a little this year. The handicaps are different this year, too, but only for the League. Unless the Babelfish translator totally confused me... -Dave
