The dude's coming to town today up here in Washington. They've disable the airports webcams and barricaded (with barrels) a section of the ramp.

2 or 3 Osprey as well as they usual shell game helos are operating there.

Since he's going to visit the Oso landslide, and it's location is in a valley flanked by hills and mountains I'm guessing the Osprey are for overwatch, bet they are packing heat and other special surveillance gadgets.

The Oso TFR which covers over 260 sq. miles has been extended several times, and could be in effect for the WHOLE MONTH of July. Strange this is the DoT requested this and the size.

There really is no local flying in the PNW due to the VIP TFR today, but it's going to rain like heck today..............and that makes me smile.
