PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE - An Air Force officer will be disciplined for
giving alcohol to an underage Air Force Academy cadet who later
accused him of rape.

Last week, the Air Force dropped sexual-assault charges against 2nd
Lt. Ronen Segal, stationed at Peterson in Colorado Springs. The
investigating officer said the woman had been capable of withholding
consent and "did not, in any way, object to or resist" an earlier
sexual act.
