In the US, FLARM will operate around 915MHz, with frequency hopping.
This is in one of the 'license free' bands.

they're wrong? Interesting...


I would think that the manufacturer would provide better info than a
dealer? :-)

Confirmed by Butterfly Aero, 915mhz it is. That info was delivered
with apologies.
