Guess I'll need to look again. Last word I heard in the video was that he
missed his turn point by 800 ft. Then he hoped aloud that he might have
made it. I hope he did, but I didn't hear it.

Thanks for the enthusiasm Dan and yes, there were some sweaty palms on that flight. These videos are crazy fun to make and share with others. I am grateful that Cedar Valley is an airport where you can sneak it in at the end if you need to. You could never try that if there weren't landable fields in any direction.

I'm uploading a new video tonight. Hope you all enjoy.

Not sure about the sweaty palms judging from the way you hold the stick with the tip of your fingers even under the most stressful situations. I would have left part of my skin on the stick after such a final glider...
