How much would it cost a country like Peru to upgrade their Mirage
2000-P's to full 5 standards without spare parts and training, thanks

Let me ask, I think a friend once told me how much it was supposed to be...

Do you know if Peru's air force upgraded their Fulcrums? I wanted to
know if the Russian upgrades really work and can they supply spare
parts. I wonder why more countries don't upgrade their Fulcrums.

Another question if you can answer how does Peru's Mirage 2000 match
up against their Fulcrums? I'm sure they train against each other.

Not yet, that I know of. They were considering the latest Russian offering
(the one I can't remember).

From what I've heard, they're pretty even, meaning the ratio of MiG to
Mirage victories is 50-50. In the end it all depends on the pilots' skills.

Do you know of any countries air force that had the Fulcrum upgrades?
I wanted to know can the new radar really pick out targets at a 100
miles away? Does the new D-33K engines(I think) really last longer?
If it's true then why don't more countries have their Fulcrums
upgrades. I've read depending on the aircraft that the upgrades go
for around 2 to 5 $ million per. Thanks again Steven
