Default Hawaii Fatal Accident

The pilot was a former Navy helo pilot with about 20,000 hours
and had been flying for the company since 1992. Not a question about
his expertise or capability. The woman who survived was in bad shape
and cloud cover prevented a quick extraction from the crash site. She
died several hours later. This info from a pilot friend on Kauai of
the pilot who died.
