It's not immediately obvious from the posting but it seem you have to
download the Excel file and then filter on the change date to find the
recent changes.

Of immediate interest to me is the change for LS-8, Discus, and
ASW-28. It's going to make it just a bit harder to beat the 15m guys
in our handicap club series. Here are the 2011 changes I extracted
but it may not format very well.

Default Proposed Sports Class Handicaps(US) for 2011

Wow! The handicaps on the Schreder sailplane series sure has changed! A couple years ago a HP18 had a handicap of 1.063 and this year it is 0.99. The HP16, RS15 moved from 1.063 to 1.03. My HP14 has changed from 1.034 to 1.01. Even the old HP-11 which was 1.09 for almost 50 years is now 1.04.

On the other hand, the gap of 0.88 to 0.925 between ASW27 and D2/28
was surely too big, so bringing standard up to 0.915 seems pretty
reasonable.
Anyone with a 604 at 23.5 with 0.835 should get a saw and cut it down
to 22 / 0.865
