Default Marske Pioneer, 15 meter or Standard Class?

On the Marske wing the elevator is on the trailing edge of the main wing but
now that we have a moveable CG ( it acts like a trim) the elevator is now
acting like a flap. With the weight all the way forward I can use up
elevator to have negative flaps and take advantage of the drag bucket
moving down to favor the low CL's. With the weight all the way aft the
elevator is neutral.

The moving weight is really fantastic....it allows the pilot to move the
weight very quickly aft for thermalling at speeds about 40 mph then move the
weight to the front and it trims out at 75mph.

Those interested in the system can see it on our web site under the Marske
Pioneer IId
