Default Radio ignition noise

Just put my panel back in after transponder repair. Now I hear a
significant noise in the headset when pressing the mic-tx button -
seems like ignition but sometimes white noise. Same thing from both
radios and either Pilot/Copilot headsets. Have a RST-564 Audio Panel
and dual LightSpeed Plasma II ignition - the ignition grounding checks
out OK.
