Default Gliding meteorology book - free!

Hello,

I've written a gliding meteorology book, and the first five emailers can
receive a free copy (pdf file).

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Atmosphere-U...dp/B00AWY41MM/

The Atmosphere Under The Waves
The true story of forgotten gliding meteorology from the Third Reich,
involving a science scandal and coverup, told through investigating a
mysterious plane crash, and using the point of view of a mentally ill Nazi.

Regards,

Richard

Your book sounds intriguing, even if I have to pay for it. Please send me

a copy as soon as they are printed.

Best wishes,

Bill Nockles

Take a look inside the Kindle e-book using the "look inside" feature on the linked webpage.

The book is dedicated "To the memory of THE FUHRER".

Care to explain, Richard?

I would also like to read an explain of why the book seems to ascribe the discovery of mountain waves to R.S.Scorer Imperial College London and Cambridge University and fails to mention that the late Dr. Joachim Kuettner (A Soaring Society of Boulder member.) discovered them in the 1930's in Germany..
Reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joachim_Kuettner

R.S Scorer's paper "Natural Aerodynamics" was published in 1958 after the conclusion of the Sierra Wave Project in the US led by Dr. Kuettner.

Kuettner's in Chapter 2 as discoverer of mountain waves, along with Hirth,
Deutschmann, Steinig. Scorer was the first to explain (rather than
discover) the waves, with the Scorer parameter.

The dedication is a pretence, as an excuse for digging up the unwelcome
Nazi stuff in Chapter 2.
