Can US enroute charts be used in Canada?

Default Can US enroute charts be used in Canada?

Are the Canadian areas shown in the US enroute charts valid for IFR
navigation? Unlike the VFR sectional charts, I don't see any warnings
printed on the IFR enroute charts.
