The South is Red (follow-up) - cn-61.jpg (1/1) [73K]
A brief follow-up to my earlier post on the Chinese Arctic and
Antarctic Administration's scientific research in Antarctica. It seems that the Ka-32 shown in some of the pictures is in fact a replacement for the Z-9 (Dauphin) shown in other pictures. Apparently the original machine crashed into Shanghai harbour last April with one fatality. The picture shows the Z-9 being recovered.
