Meigs Class D Still Active?
Do you have to call the tower when the tower is closed at any other airport?

The only problematic airspace is the Meigs Class D which is still depicted on the sectional and terminal chart. Does one still have to establish comm in order to transition Meigs Class D? There is an RCO freq listed.
