	Tom: Right on! You've got it absolutely right, Tom -- glider pilots should think about sharing their love of this sport with a friend or loved one by sending them for a glider ride. I think that glider ride gift certificates make great gifts ..... for the right person. The 2 commercial operators that I flew rides for LOVED gift certificates as 40% were NEVER redeemed. It was like printing money. DO give glider ride gift certificates, but be a little discriminate. Just MHO. Tony V. P.S. we did have one guy come in with a 17 year old certificate. We flew him even though the ownership had changed. That was classy, Joe Dion.  |
