Easa grounds two parachute types for manufacturing defects

EASA has issued an Airworthiness Directive concerning some parachutes
produced between 4 april 2008 -> 15 january 2010. The defect is a
serious one: the canopies might not deploy.

Types:
Slimpack t204 and Thinback t104, serial numbers from 41495 to 41776.

You can find the safety Information Bulletin mentioned by the EASA
document here:

It is in German, and basically instructs the owner of the affected
parachute to send the release handle only together with the papers of
the parachute to the adress mentioned in the document. It also asks to
include stamps for sending it back to you, which probably is not very
practical for someone living outside of Germany. There is also an E-Mail
adress included to contact in order to discuss this matter beforehand.
