Need some assistance from pilots in NW Arkansas, SW Missouri, and NE
Oklahoma. If you are flying around this area (Fayetteveille/Springdale),
listen, or if in contact with Razorback Approach, to 120.9. If you hear
a pinging sound in the radio (I hear it about every 57 seconds), send me
a message with: a) location (lat/lon or VOR/radial/dist, etc), b)
altitude (MSL), c) aircraft if you do not mind. I heard this pinging and
have discussed this with the FAA. They know about it and are trying to
better locate the source of RFI. It is not in the FAA transmitter.
Please e-mail me the above information to . I will
forwarded to the FAA.

I'll be going right through that area on the way to Oshkosh and will see if
I hear it.
