I buy crush gaskets in copper and aluminum from here:
http://www.marylandmetrics.com/ but as you might suspect from the name, they
are metric. They have a very wide range of sizes so you may find a close
cross.

Sounds like what you're after is an AN900-14 gasket, (or an MS35769-18,
same thing). 7/8 inch ID, 1/8 inch ring width, but 3/32 inch thick. NOT
0.625!
