I do. Works great. XP automagically installs the drivers so you don't have
to mess with that step.

Concur. Been using mine for over a year now. Works great. Just make sure you
have the proper drivers loaded (the instructions explain this fairly well),
and always have the Garmin card in the Skybound II reader before inserting
into the PC750, and always remove them together before removing the Garmin
card. I have yet to have a corrupted card (knock on wood!!!)
