Need A/P to do pre buy near RDU

I would appreciate if someone could steer me to a good picky A+P.

I need a pre-buy done on a 172 near RDU Raleigh Durham.

It would be even better if it was an IA and things go OK we can turn it into an annual.

Both have IAs. There are lots of others around that others use and are happy with.
