Where to do interior and exterior work

Hi!

Thanks for the replies on the engine replacement.
I have come to the conclusion that it is easiest to get the job done in
Norway were we live to avoid the hassle of paperwork.

However, we are also looking into a new paintjob and possibly some
soundproofing, as well as new interior.

Is there any place that are cheaper than others around? I heard some rumours
at my airport that someone had gotten a new interior somewere in the baltic
states really cheap.
Are there any obstacles in t his? Does this require any country specific
paperwork, or is this merely cosmetic?
