Partnership documents

Does someone know of a place on the internet to obtain sample bylaws and
share certificates for an airplane partnership? We have an active
partnership but need to get it all documented.

AOPA has a great set of docs if you are a member; bylaws, articles of
incorporation, everything you need. We had it checked over by a
lawyer, but very few changes from what AOPA has.
