Questions for Airpark Dwellers

1. Has anyone had difficulty getting a VA loan because the house is
on an airpark or because it has a hangar associated with it?

2. How hard is it to get homeowners insurance and how much extra
cost?

Can't talk to the VA issue. Homeowners has been a non-issue. The problem,
if any, is that the hangar doesn't really 'register'. It's just a large
out building or freestanding garage as far as they are concerned.
