Laptop GPS and airspace

I use a navman GPS with a few mapping utilities, my favorite being MS
Streets and Trips. Has anyone added sectional data to software designed for
road travel (ie. aviation map in tiff form overlayed over the standard map)?

Any suggestions would be appreciated ....
