Replacing Instrument Faces?

Hi all. The glass (plastic?) faces of my VSI and altimeter are getting a bit
clouded. Is it possible to get these replaced with new--as in
"clear"--faces? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Any good instrument shop should be able to take care of this for you.
