Can someone tell me if I can remove the starter from 0 320 Lyc without
taking the prop off. Starter is old an has been acting up for some
time. Needs new brushes for certain.

Yes, the only caviat being that, if you have a one piece nose bowl, it's
a little tight to work up there, but you can do it.

I did the job this morning. It took two hours to get the starter out.
You must remove the prop, front of cowl and unbolt the oil cooler to
get at the four 1/2 inch nuts holding it on. Not a bad job but a
little tight.
